Free Installation Service
We provide free on-site installation service. Please ensure your installation site meets the following requirements:
1. Wall Requirements:
Must be solid concrete structure (drywall or wooden walls are not acceptable)
2. Electrical Requirements:
Pre-installed wiring with power supply at installation location
3. Height Limit:
Installation height should not exceed 3 meters
Additional Charges Policy:
- Additional fees will apply if any above conditions are not met
- Common chargeable scenarios include:
Electrical wiring modification: $60-$80
Wall Brackets installation:$100
Wall reinforcement for non-concrete ceiling: $150
Extra-high installation for non-concrete ceiling: $250
- Exact charges will be assessed on-site by technician and require your confirmation before proceeding
Important Notes:
- Recommend sending photos of installation site to customer service for pre-assessment
- All additional service fees are payable on-site to the technician

我们提供免费上门安装服务，安装前请确认您的安装现场满足以下条件：

安装位置需已预埋电线并确保通电
3. 高度限制：
安装高度不超过3米

专用支架安装费用：$100
非混凝土墙面加固费用：$150
超高非混凝土墙面加固费用：$250
